What we collect
Contact form
Your name, email, optional company, and message. Used to reply to you, and that's it. Delivered to our inbox via Resend, our email provider.
Newsletter
Your email address, used to send you the occasional letter. Every send includes a way out.
Live chat (optional)
If you accept cookies, a tawk.to chat widget loads and sets its own cookies to keep your conversation attached to you. Decline and it never loads.
Essential cookies
One small cookie that remembers your cookie choice, so we don't ask you every visit. No ad trackers, no analytics pixels, no fingerprinting.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, rent it, trade it, or feed it to an ad network. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers. We don’t add you to the newsletter because you used the contact form. And we don’t train AI models on anything you send us.
Who touches the data
Three processors, each doing one job: Vercel hosts the site, Resend delivers form emails to our inbox, and tawk.to powers the opt-in live chat. Each receives only what it needs to do that job.
Your rights
Want to see what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email ciao@carboniobased.com and a person will handle it, including rights under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where they apply. If we change this policy, we’ll change the date at the top; no silent edits.
