carboniobased.com is operated by DnDL Creative LLC, a U.S. limited liability company (“Carbonio,” “we”). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, the back button works beautifully.
The site
Everything here (the words, the design, the periodic-table jokes) belongs to DnDL Creative LLC unless noted otherwise. You’re welcome to read, share, and link; please don’t scrape it wholesale, pass it off as yours, or use it to train something that will one day write worse copy than we do.
No promises, no warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. Marketing opinions on this site are exactly that: opinions, with jokes.
Client work
Actual engagements (scope, deliverables, payment, and who owns what) are governed by a separate written agreement we’ll both sign, not by this page. Spoiler from that agreement: you own your accounts, your list, and your content.

To the maximum extent the law allows, DnDL Creative LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. If we update them, the date above changes.
